Política de Cancelación de Pedidos

1. Condiciones de cancelación

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placement if they have not been shipped. Once the order exceeds 24 hours or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the order must be handled through the return process after delivery.

If an order is already in processing or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Proceso de cancelación

Customers must submit a cancellation request via email or telephone, including the order number and payment proof. All requests are subject to verification by the customer service team.

Cancellation is only processed after order status confirmation.

3. Gestión del servicio de atención al cliente

Customer service reviews the order status and request details to determine eligibility. Approved cancellations proceed directly to refund processing. Final approval depends on order status verification.

4. Tiempo de reembolso

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 1–3 working days to the original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on the payment provider. Processing may be delayed to the next working day in case of weekends or public holidays.

5. Gestión de festivos

Requests submitted during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day, which may affect review and refund initiation timing.

6. Declaración de responsabilidad

Order cancellation depends on order status. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Customer service verification is the final decision point. Refund initiation does not represent immediate fund arrival. Orders that cannot be cancelled must follow the return process after delivery.
